Dhansak Masala is a unique spice blend. It can be procured at an Indian grocery store or online.

Dhansak is a more elaborate recipe but great for a weekend meal. The mint or fudina is a mainstay in Parsi cuisine. Fudina Chai made with fresh mint leaves is a staple.
